HOW CAN WE HELP?

Create an Account

Membership

  1. Go to the California Table Tennis homepage

  2. Click Join now [Top right corner]

  3. Select Club Membership

    • Read the description and select the membership 

  4. In the Details section, enter your personal information:​​

    • First Name​

    • Last Name

    • Date of Birth

    • Email 

    • Enter and confirm your password

    • Cell Phone

    • Select the language from the dropdown menu

  5. Click Sign Up

  6. Read and agree to the Terms and Condition 

    • Sign with your mouse or touchpad

  7. Click Proceed to add payment details

    • Add payment type

    • Input the card number including the Month, Year, and CVC

      • Month Format: MM [Example: 02 = February]​

      • Year Format: YY [Example: 23 = 2023]​​​

    • Once complete, click Submit Payment Information

Note: Please come in-person to register for a family plan to get the discounts! 

Youth Group Lesson

  1. Go to the California Table Tennis homepage

  2. Click Join now [Top right corner]

  3. Select Group Lesson

    • Read the description and select the class type

  4. In the Details section, enter your child's information:​​

    • First Name​

    • Last Name

    • Date of Birth

    • Email 

    • Enter and confirm your password

    • Cell Phone

    • Select the language from the dropdown menu

  1. Click Sign Up

  2. Read and agree to the Terms and Condition 

    • Sign with your mouse or touchpad

  3. Click Proceed to add payment details

    • Add payment type

    • Input the card number including the Month, Year, and CVC

      • Month Format: MM [Example: 02 = February]​

      • Year Format: YY [Example: 23 = 2023]​​​

    • Once complete, click Submit Payment Information

Add a Sibling

  1. Click Add Linked Family Member

  2. Select Additional Membership 

    • Select the correct Group Lesson class ​

    • Enter the personal detail

Note: The Master Account will be charged ​

Class & Packs

Book a Class

You can book a class using the Gymmaster dashboard 

  1. Click Booking

  2. Select Book a Group Lesson

  3. Click on the class title 

  4. Select the class 

    1. Click Book Now

    2. Confirm be clicking Continue 

  5. You can now manage the booking in the dashboard! 

Tips: Class Schedule can be viewed to see all available classes. Located in the dropdown menu under Booking 

Additional Child or Linked Member

  1. At the dashboard, scroll down to Linked Member List 

  2. Click Login in as ______

  3. Follow the steps from "Book a Class"

Note: The Master Account will be charged ​

Purchase a Pack

You can book a purchase a pack using the Gymmaster dashboard 

  1. Click Purchase 

  2. Select Buy a new Membership

  3. Click Group Lesson​

  4. Select the pack based on level

    • Sign and fill out the Legal Guardian information​​
  5. Click Continue

Note: Once purchased, view the details of the pack at the dashboard and book a class! For help on booking, please visit Book a Class 

Additional Child or Linked Member

  1. At the dashboard, scroll down to Linked Member List 

  2. Click Login in as ______

  3. Follow the steps from "Purchase a Pack"

Manage Your Bookings and Memberships

You can manage booking and membership using the Gymmaster dashboard 

  1. Bookings and Classes

    • Under Your Bookings

    • Upcoming bookings will be shown: Class Type, Date, Hours, Duration

    • Click cancel to cancel booking (Please read our cancellation and refund policy)

    • Access previous bookings by clicking Previous Bookings

    • Subscribe to the calendar by clicking Subscribe

      • For more information on how to link to calendar here.​

  2. Membership and Bundles 

    • Under Membership Details 

    • Class Bundle i.e. Group Lesson Bundles will be shown: Pack used, Expiration Date

      • View agreement by clicking "Agreement"

  3. Account Information

    • Under Account​

      • Update Password | Your Documents | Update Billing Info | Account History​

Additional Child or Linked Member

  1. At the dashboard, scroll down to Linked Member List 

  2. Click Login in as ______

  3. Follow the steps from "Manage Your Bookings and Memberships"

Update Billing Information

You can add or update billing information using the Gymmaster dashboard 

  1. Click Account and the dropdown menu 

  2. Click Update Billing Info

    • Add or update payment type

    • Input the card number including the Month, Year, and CVC

      • Month Format: MM [Example: 02 = February]​

      • Year Format: YY [Example: 23 = 2023]

  3. Once complete, click Submit Payment Information
